Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup paneer, cut into slices .
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced .
  • 1 onion, diced
  • A pinch of mustard powder
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnishing

Method:  

  • Dry roast paneer slightly in a frying pan and set aside
  • In a bowl, take tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
  • Add dry roasted paneer, mustard powder and salt
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately
