
Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer, cut into slices .
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced .
- 1 onion, diced
- A pinch of mustard powder
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Coriander for garnishing
Method:
- Dry roast paneer slightly in a frying pan and set aside
- In a bowl, take tomatoes, cucumber and onions.
- Add dry roasted paneer, mustard powder and salt
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve immediately
