Healthy Mix Vegetable Soup Recipe by Dietitian Arti Jain – Nutritious Low-Calorie Weight Loss Soup

Ingredient:

  • 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion (or normal onion)
  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/3 cup chopped French beans
  • 1/3 cup chopped bottle guard
  • 1 teaspoon wheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon black paper
  • ½ tablespoon oil
  • 3 cup  water
  • Salt to taste

Method:  

  • Chop all the veggies (carrot, French beans,onion,garlic and bottle gourd )
  • Add 1 teaspoon wheat flour in a small bowl with 3 tablespoon water and mix well.
  • Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a large heavy bottomed stock pot over medium flam.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic.
  • Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add all veggies (carrot, French beans, bottle gourd )and salt(only for veggies)
  • Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Add 3 cup water stir well and a mixture a boil when it start boiling add salt.
  • Add black pepper
  • Add wheat flour mixture and stir continuously for a minute to prevent lump formation
