
Ingredient:
- 2 tablespoon chopped spring onion (or normal onion)
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup chopped carrot
- 1/3 cup chopped French beans
- 1/3 cup chopped bottle guard
- 1 teaspoon wheat flour
- ¼ teaspoon black paper
- ½ tablespoon oil
- 3 cup water
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop all the veggies (carrot, French beans,onion,garlic and bottle gourd )
- Add 1 teaspoon wheat flour in a small bowl with 3 tablespoon water and mix well.
- Heat ½ tablespoon oil in a large heavy bottomed stock pot over medium flam.
- Add chopped onion and garlic.
- Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add all veggies (carrot, French beans, bottle gourd )and salt(only for veggies)
- Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add 3 cup water stir well and a mixture a boil when it start boiling add salt.
- Add black pepper
- Add wheat flour mixture and stir continuously for a minute to prevent lump formation
