Ingredient :

  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup red capsicum cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
  • 1/2 cup cucumber cubes
  • 1/2 cup dicesed tomato cubes
  • 1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubes
  •  2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste

Method:

Add all the ingredients in a deep bowl, and toss well. Now it’s ready.
