1/4 cup chopped celery 
1/2 cup red capsicum cubes
1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites and greens
1/2 cup cucumber cubes
1/2 cup dicesed tomato cubes
1/2 cup yellow capsicum cubes
 2 tbsp chopped coriander 
1 tsp chopped garlic 
2 tbsp lemon juice  
salt to taste

Add all the ingredients in a deep bowl, and toss well. Now it's ready.

This recipe is high in fiber, you can have it along with your lunch and dinner, it's give hunger satisfaction.
