Nuts (Almonds, pistachio and walnuts)1 /2 cup

Dates 1/2 cup, chopped

Cranberries 2-3 tbsp

Cardamoms 4

Sugar 1 tbsp 

Water 1 tbsp

1. Remove the outer green cover of the cardamoms.

2. Dry roast almonds, pecans, and walnuts on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.

3. Dry roast nuts for a minute. 

4. Deseed the dates, and cut them into small pieces.

5. In a pan, add  sugar and 1 tbsp. water. 

6. Boil for a minute.

This recipe is high in fat, low in carbs and a great source of several nutrients, including vitamin E, magnesium and selenium. It is good for all age groups. Enjoy healthy sweats in this Navratri.
