1. Soak bamboo skewers in the water for 10-15 minutes before you use them.

2. Peel and cut banana papaya, peaches,  thick slices.

3. Wash and cut peach into an inch pieces.

4. Wash the mint leaves.


Fruits are important sources of many nutrients, including potassium, fiber, vitamin C and folate.
