1 cup boiled mixed sprouts  (moong, mataki,chana)

1/2 tsp oil

1/8 cup finely chopped onions

1/3 cup finely chopped tomatoes

1/4 tsp finely chopped green chilies

1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala

1/2 tsp coriander-cumin seeds powder

1/2 pinch turmeric powder

1/2 tsp black salt

Salt to taste

1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and saute on a medium flame, till they turn translucent.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and saute on a medium flame.
3. Add the pav bhaji masala, coriander-cumin seeds powder, turmeric powder, black salt, tomatoes, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the sprouts, mix well and cook on a medium flame.
Now Chapat sprouts ready.
It's full of Protein, fiber, Vitamin A and C.
