Apple 1

Banana 1

papaya 1 cup

Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cups

Curd 1 cup

Sendha Namak (rock salt)¼ tsp

Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1.Wash, and cut the apple into half. De-seed the apple and cut it into half inch pieces.

2.Peel off, and cut the banana into half inch pieces.

3.Wash the grapes, cut them into halves.

4.Take Curd, salt, and sugar in a bowl, Mix all the ingredients well.

5.Now add all the fruits in the Curd dressing. Mix well. Keep in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
